1. Order Processing Time
All orders are made to order to ensure the highest quality.
Processing time typically takes 3 to 7 business days before shipment. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Please note that these are estimated time frames and actual delivery may vary due to customs, postal delays, or other external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
From time to time, Chicane Wear may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us at chinaewear.contact@gmail.com.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Chicane Wear is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or customs processing times.
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement free of charge.
We do not issue cash refunds for lost or delayed shipments.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service. Once an order is marked as delivered, Chicane Wear cannot be held liable for theft or misplaced packages.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Chicane Wear is not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.
